Delete your account

You can delete your Prisma account and all its data at any time, from the app:

1. Open Prisma and sign in.
2. Tap your photo at the top right to open your Profile.
3. Scroll to Danger zone → Delete account and all my data.
4. Type DELETE to confirm. If you signed in with Apple, confirm your identity with Apple to also revoke its authorization.

What gets deleted

Your profile, studies, submitted content, results, synced populations and test subjects, public links, achievements and Prisma transactions. Data stored on that iPhone is deleted too. Remaining Prismas are lost.

We only keep purchase records the law requires us to keep, for as long as it requires. Deletion is irreversible.

Subscriptions

Deleting your account doesn't cancel an App Store subscription: cancel it first in iOS Settings → your name → Subscriptions.

Can't get into the app?

Email us from your account email at brokenwatchceo@gmail.com asking for deletion; we'll process it after verifying the account is yours.
